Since 1977, the Dennis family has been proud to provide exceptional nursing care to the residents of the Wiregrass. As of July 1, 2024, Extendicare Health & Rehabilitation has transitioned ownership to Noland Health Services, a not-for-profit organization based in Alabama that is committed to delivering compassionate healthcare.

While the Dennis family continues to serve the community through our three assisted living communities under Harmonie Home, we no longer provide skilled nursing care.
