If you have a desire to give back to your community by adding to the quality of life of those in nursing facilities, consider becoming a volunteer at Extendicare. We offer many ways to share your talents with the elderly population. Our volunteers work with our Activity Staff to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Volunteer assignments are made on an individual basis, taking into consideration the needs of our residents and the volunteer’s goals. All volunteers must be 18 years of age, undergo a criminal background check, drug testing and complete Extendicare’s volunteer orientation.
