Sheila has worked in long term care for over 25 years. She wanted to work in an organization that had the same standards of care that she valued. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and has been with Extendicare for 41/2 years. She particularly enjoys helping families care for their elders.
Sheila knew that she had won a great victory when her mother came to Somerset for a short stay while repairs were being made to her house in Abbeville. For the first week she quickly informed everyone she met that she was there for a few weeks. By the end of the second week she had told all four of her children that she would not be going home and to sell the house. Somerset is her home now and she loves telling everyone how wonderful it is.
Sheila is married to Ricky Cobb and has 2 daughters, Kristi Bullock in Atlanta and Kerri Taylor in Grove Hill, Alabama, She enjoys gardening and grandchildren. She also enjoys playing with her dogs, cats, and exotic fish. Her goal is to work and enjoy her job as long as she is effective.
