Having always enjoyed helping others, Angie has had many opportunities to do so during her 15 years at Extendicare. Working with the elderly has been “a great treasure. The elderly are very special people,” for whom Angie has a lot of respect. For her, the best part of her job is knowing at the end of the day, she has helped someone and made some great friends. Angie enjoys the friendly and caring environment of Extendicare.
When asked to share a favorite story, Angie says she just has too many to pick just one. She feels she has been touched by many throughout the years and has learned never to take anything for granted.
Angie is married to Jerome Hendrix and they reside in Hartford, AL. Angie and Jerome have five daughters, Brittany, Hayden, Madison, Angie Faye and Jessica and a son, Tucker. She enjoys going to the beach with her family and friends. In her spare time she gives Drum Major lessons. Angie is looking forward to her children graduating and having happy, healthy lives.
